How to Handle Complaints and Returns
We are a small family business, and your satisfaction is our priority. Below, you will find a clear overview of the rules for complaints and returns in compliance with EU legislation.

1. Right to Return Goods
If you change your mind, you have the right under European regulations to return purchased goods within 14 days of delivery without providing a reason.
1.1 Conditions for Returns:
The goods must be unused, undamaged, complete, and in their original packaging. You must include proof of purchase (Tax document).
1.2 Return Process:
Contact us via email at service@linkupp.eu. Include your order number and proof of purchase. After approval, we will provide you with the return address. Return shipping costs are covered by the buyer. Items returned without prior approval will not be accepted.

2. Complaints About Defective Goods
If you receive a defective or damaged product, please contact us as soon as possible at service@linkupp.eu. Include the following in your email:
a description of the issue
photos of the defective or damaged product (including detailed images)
your order number and proof of purchase
once your complaint is processed, we will offer a solution, such as replacement, repair, or a refund.

3. Exceptions to Returns
Unfortunately, we cannot accept returns for:
goods that have been used, damaged by the customer, or are incomplete (see details in the Warranty Instructions section below)
customized or personalized products made to the customer’s specifications
discounted items or gift cards.

4. Refunds
After receiving and inspecting your return, we will notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund. If approved, the refund will be processed automatically to your specified account within 10 business days. The time required for the refund to appear may vary depending on your bank or payment provider.
If more than 15 business days have passed since your refund was approved, please contact us at service@linkupp.eu.

Warranty and Service Instructions
We are a small family business, and your satisfaction is our priority. Below, you will find simple rules for claims and returns that comply with EU legislation.
This product was created with great care and under constant supervision by the supplier, reeki s.r.o., who provides customers with a statutory warranty period of 24 months from the date of purchase ("warranty period") under the following provisions.
The warranty covers only material defects and manufacturing faults. It does not cover parts subject to normal wear and tear, which should be considered as consumable or fragile components. Claims under this warranty are excluded if the product has been used improperly, in an unauthorized manner, outside the intended purpose, or beyond the expected scope of use, or if the instructions in the User Manual or Game Rules have not been followed, unless the end customer can prove a material defect or manufacturing error that does not arise from the above circumstances.
Warranty claims can only be made within the warranty period upon presenting the original receipt or invoice. The warranty period is not extended by any repairs made under warranty, statutory warranty, or goodwill. The same applies to replaced or repaired parts.

In the event of a claim, we will, at our discretion, repair the product free of charge, replace it, or refund the purchase price. No further warranty rights arise.
The supplier is not liable for defects or damage caused during transport by the carrier.
Your statutory rights, especially warranty claims against the specific retailer, are not limited by this warranty.
