Delivery

One of our main advantages is that all our products are handmade by us. If the products are in stock, we dispatch them within 1–2 working days after receiving payment. If the product is not in stock, we dispatch it within 2–3 weeks, depending on the current order volume.

We currently provide home delivery through the courier services of Packeta/Zásilkovna and DHL/PPL, along with their partner carriers across Europe. For smooth delivery, it is necessary to provide a phone number, which we will share with the courier to arrange the delivery time.

Below is a list of countries we deliver to, including delivery costs:

• Czech Republic: 115 Kč /130 Kč / for orders over 2000 Kč, shipping is free
• Slovakia: 6,30 € / 9,90 € / for orders over 87 €, shipping is free
• Germany: 9,30 € / 9,90 € / for orders over 87 €, shipping is free
• Austria: 9,90 € / 13,10 € / for orders over 87 €, shipping is free
• Poland: 40 zł / 44 zł / for orders over 366 zł, shipping is free
• France: 9,90 € / 11.60 € / for orders over 87 €, shipping is free
• Italy: 9,90 € / 10,50 € / for orders over 87 €, shipping is free
• Spain: 11,30 € / 11,50 € / for orders over 87 €, shipping is free

If you cannot find your country on the list, please contact us. We will do our best to arrange delivery for you.

Why don’t we deliver our products to parcel lockers, even
though they’re popular?

We decided to take a different approach. While parcel
lockers make life easier, they often contribute to visual pollution and, in
some cases, create barriers in public spaces. Our decision is a small step
toward keeping public spaces more pleasant and visually appealing for everyone.

As a small family business, we strive to make every step of
delivering our products as smooth and convenient as possible. Unfortunately,
during busy periods, we encountered unexpected changes in delivery locations
due to full lockers, which wasn’t ideal for our customers.

We believe this approach supports the values we care about –
personal attention, fairness, and service quality. However, if the situation
improves in the future, we’ll be happy to reconsider our decision.
